It`s my childhood dream to become a supermodel. I have always looked up to famous models like Cindy Crawford, Yvette Rachelle and Tyra Lynne Banks. I have a good face and a figure but had lack of confidence and a stage phobia. But I was determined to pursue my dream and was researching for a good place in Toronto where I can enhance my modelling skills. One of my friend referred me to this place in Scarborough known as ''Diva Model Academy''. Upon arrival in this academy I had the opportunity to meet Miss Jamaica and Miss Carribean Falesha Raquel and Miss Canada Tourism Melanie Mcgregor . After having a first meeting with them my confidence had boosted by 50% as they made me believe that at the end of the workshop I would be ready to step into the world of International modelling.
I became a part of the workshop very next week and I would say I had the best experience of my life. ''Diva Model Workshop'' trained us for the ramp shows, interacting with the people and speaking to the audience. We had a grooming sessions where we were been taught to put the right make-up for the right occasions. Falesha and Melanie are also an Image consultants. I never realized that my daily habits and etiquettes if not groomed and controlled can harm me in a big way, In this workshop they made us realize that no one is born talented and beautiful, the skills and craft of the body and habits is been developed by continuous practice and grooming.
Upon completion of the workshop we had a show where we were being prepared by ''Diva Model Academy'' to set for a success in the world of modelling. Now I can communicate confidently in front of a large audience and have also groomed for the better in my looks, habits and etiquettes. I am working to be the best now as I have learnt in this workshop that continuous practice and dedication towards my goal will get the jewel out of me.
Thank you ''Diva Model Academy'' Love you Falesha & Melanie!!!
